Understanding Our Tin Printing Process: Ensuring Quality and Confidence

At our tin printing business, we prioritize our customers’ needs and the accuracy of the artwork provided. Here’s a detailed overview of our standard workflow, designed to ensure your confidence and satisfaction in our collaboration.

  1. Customer Artwork Submission: Everything begins with the artwork you provide. We can accept various formats, including AI and PDF.
  2. Artwork Review: After receiving the artwork, our design team conducts a thorough review to ensure all elements are correct and meet the requirements for bulk printing.
  3. Artwork Conversion: Once the artwork passes inspection, we convert it into a format suitable for large-scale printing and send it to you for confirmation.
  4. Paper Proof Confirmation: After your approval of the artwork, we use a color management system printer to produce a paper proof for your review. This step is crucial for ensuring color accuracy in the final product.
  5. Tin Sample Production: Once you confirm the paper proof, we create a tin sample for further evaluation. At this stage, you will check the color and structure to ensure everything meets your expectations.
  6. Bulk Printing Arrangement: Finally, after you approve the sample, we proceed to bulk printing based on the confirmed sample.

Through this clear and efficient process, we aim to provide you with peace of mind and confidence throughout our collaboration. We are committed to delivering high-quality tin printing services and look forward to working with you!
